PLACING AN ORDER

You will receive a call from our executive informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. You can either cancel the product or replace by ordering any other product. If you cancel, refund will be credited within 7-10 business days.

If you want to select a delivery slot of your choice you can contact our customer care number or send an email to us after placing the order to confirm about the possibility of your selected slot.

Invoice will be mailed to customer’s mail id and we also provide physical copy of invoice at the time of delivery of products.

Yes, you can update your personal informations like Mob no, mail id , Billing address, shipping address etc., under my account, you can also save more than one address in your account created with Futuroorganic.

Login to your account and tap on orders section under the main menu of my account to check the status of your order.

Once the order is placed it cannot be edited. You can cancel and reorder your required products or you can place new order by adding left of items in the previous order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Currently we serve only across Tamilnadu. If the order value is more than Rs. 10,000 we will deliver to other states also.

Delivery Charges is variable depending upon the order value and order quantity. Delivery free within tamilnadu if order value exceeds Rs.1000.

We deliver from morning 9 am to evening 6 pm. We delivery to customers beyond this specified timings upon their requests.

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.

You can update your shipping address under My Accounts section. If you wish to change your delivery address after placing the order you should mail to admin@futuroorganic.com , but before the order gets dispatched.

Our delivery executive will contact the customer and deliver to nearby houses upon reciveing confirmation from the customer. In other cases, order stands cancelled and the customer will be charged cancellation fees for that.

PAYMENT & REFUND

Payment will be debited from your bank account immediately after you make successful payment. After which only the order will be confirmed if you choose payment method other than cash on delivery.

You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, PayTM, UPI. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available.

We handover the receipt to you at the time of delivery. Also, you can look at your transaction history in the  “Orders” tab under My account.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive and test your returned products. The refund will be issued to your bank account account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

You can apply your promo code before selecting the payment option.
After you checkout you will be redirected to the page where it asks for promo code, you can enter the code there.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

You cannot directly cancel your order, you should inform us about the cancellation with reason before the dispatch of the product through e mail or whatsapp by quoting your order id.

If you’re dissatisfied with the products delivered, please register a complaint via the email or whatsapp within 48 hours for non-perishable items and 24 hours for perishable items. Our customer support team will get in touch with you to resolve this issue.
